A FAMILY LEGACY
Glass Cowboy Studio began as Glass Visions Studio, founded by Mark Tuna in 1979 with a singular conviction: that the centuries-old art of handcrafted stained glass deserved a home in Los Angeles, equal to its European heritage.
From its earliest commissions in Hancock Park, to landmark installations across Malibu and Beverly Hills, the studio quickly became recognized as the premiere custom decorative stained-glass atelier in California. For over four decades, it built its reputation on masterful design, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering adherence to historical and architectural accuracy.
Working with the most prominent architects, designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners across the country, Mark forged a legacy of Old-World craftsmanship and seamless execution. When Mark retired in 2021, his son Ben assumed the helm — and under his leadership, that legacy continues today as Glass Cowboy Studio.
